Tom disbelief and turns to Daysi to confirm. Gatsby tries another tactic saying the Daysi will be leaving Tom, but Tom says she will never leave him for a bootlegger.
5. On the way back to Long Inland Myrtle struck by a passing car that fails to stop continuing its route out of the city.
