I think is a great idea to star practice mindfulness in class, is a way to control our anxiety or emotions about something that we are worry about...
My goals for this week is too be more focus in all classes because sometimes I got distracted with my phone. Also I am excited because I am gonna be using a new method in all my classes to be more organized. This method is called Cornell Notes this method helps to remember any lecture or class effectively.
